To get on board you must to do:

A pre-reservation through the website.

After, you will receive the confirmation and the necessary information to confirm the reservation with the payment corresponding to 50% of the total amount.

Pay the remaining 50% up to 48 hours before the cruise.

The reservation will only be valid after confirmation of payment in full.

The unforeseen happen to everyone ... 

To cancel the reservation until:

1 week - full refund.

Up 2 days before - 50% loss

In the last 2 days - 100% loss

and us too...

If weather and navigation conditions or maritime authority orders prevent the cruise from taking place, Riversoul  preserves the right to cancel or postpone to another date according to you, without any penalty.
